100% Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking receive a full refund, provided the reservation is at least 14 days prior to check-in.
50% Refund: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the check-in date receive a 50% refund (minus any standard processing fees).
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to check-in are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for unexpected weather or winter travel interruptions.
Vermont winters bring scenic snowfalls. While town roads and our retreat driveway are promptly plowed and sanded, All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or 4WD with good all-season or winter snow tires is strongly advised from November 1 through April 15.
